Got this email last night...

"We were going to book in for one of your workshops until we made a call to your office & whoever answered the phone was basically rude so we forgot about booking in

Pls delete me from your group emails"

Now I don't know about you, but if I get something like this, I sit up and take notice. Add a comment

 Have you ever asked yourself what it takes to become an expert in your chosen field?  Is it raw talent, practice or just a sheer determination to be the best you can be?

Customer Service through accountability throughout the whole organisation. (from top to bottom or vice versa)

 Over the recent holiday period, Rashid and I spend a few days up in Byron Bay, the Northern Rivers area of New South Wales.
